Dublin Zoo is closed on Christmas Day and St Stephen’s Day. Please plan ahead for your wild adventure and check key updates/planned closures before travelling.

Notice on Day Entry Tickets

We ask all customers who have pre-booked tickets to arrive as close to their time slot as possible to avoid long queues and car park overcrowding. However, if you are early or late for your time slot due to traffic, an important appointment, personal circumstance, etc you will not be refused entry once you arrive before the last entry time (as outlined above).

How to get to Dublin Zoo

Zoo Reviews

The zoo was clean, staff friendly and the most important part is the animals seem happy. They have big enclosures and plenty of hiding places. I liked that there was islands for them to mix with other breeds.

An absolute gold nugget in Dublin. Large, well kept and full of animals from wolves to gorillas this is an amazing place. Get there early as parking and queues get busy quickly during weekends and bank holidays

This is a lovely zoo and it is over a large area, it also is clean and the setting is pretty with some lovely plants, we missed the feeding of the penguin’s which we have heard is good. We had a lovely day out.
