Designed to tie in with the Living Things and Environmental Awareness and Care strands of the SESE curriculum, our sessions aim to give students from junior infants to sixth class a greater appreciation for nature and to empower them to take action to protect wildlife.

Focusing on interactive, inquiry-based learning, teachers can choose from a range of specially designed SFI Curious Minds accredited programmes.

In the Keeper Academy, students explore what it takes to care for animals and protect their habitats. Through hands-on, zookeeper-inspired activities, they will learn about animal care, habitats, and conservation – and how they can make a difference for wildlife at the zoo and beyond.
