Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer – Full Terms and Conditions

Event tickets that qualify for the Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer:

These terms and conditions apply to the Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer available to customers purchasing qualifying Wild Lights tickets during the Offer Period.

The Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer is separate from the Wild Lights Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer, which is available exclusively to eligible Dublin Zoo Annual Pass Holders and is subject to separate terms and conditions.

1. Offer period

The Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer is available on qualifying Wild Lights orders placed from 28th September 2026 to 12th October 2026 inclusive (“Offer Period”).

Orders must be successfully completed and payment received during the Offer Period to qualify.

2. What is included

Eligible customers who place a qualifying Wild Lights order during the Offer Period will receive one complimentary Dublin Zoo day entry voucher pass, subject to the eligibility requirements and one-pass limit set out in these terms and conditions.

The complimentary visit pass is an additional benefit attached to the qualifying Wild Lights order and is not a separate ticket for resale or exchange.

3. One complimentary visit per qualifying order, subject to a maximum of one per household

The General Early Bird Offer provides one complimentary Dublin Zoo visit pass per qualifying order, subject to a maximum of one complimentary visit pass per household during the Offer Period, regardless of the number of qualifying Wild Lights orders placed by or in respect of that household.

Orders must not be split, duplicated or otherwise structured for the purpose of obtaining additional complimentary passes.

For the purposes of administering the offer, Dublin Zoo may identify duplicate or related orders using information associated with the booking, including customer details, household details, email address and payment method.

Where Dublin Zoo reasonably suspects that multiple qualifying orders relate to the same household, email address or payment method, or that an order has been split, duplicated or otherwise structured to obtain more than one complimentary visit for a household, Dublin Zoo reserves the right to void any subsequent or additional complimentary passes issued in connection with those orders.

4. Admission included

The complimentary Dublin Zoo visit pass allows the holder to pre-book one day entry 2 adults + 2 children family ticket online through the official Dublin Zoo website.

While the voucher code can only be used to pre-book a 2 adults + 2 children family ticket, the pass may be used for a smaller party. Any unused admission entitlement has no cash or other value and cannot be carried forward, exchanged or used for a separate visit.

5. Redemption period

The complimentary visit must take place between 28th September 2026 and 24th December 2026 inclusive.

The pass will expire after 24th December 2026 and cannot be extended, carried forward or redeemed after this date.

6. Booking your complimentary visit

Your Wild Lights order reference number will act as your voucher code for booking your complimentary Dublin Zoo visit. The voucher code must be entered at checkout when booking your complimentary visit. Your voucher code will become active and valid for use up to 72 hours after your Wild Lights order is placed.

Advance booking may be required. All admission dates and times are subject to availability, capacity restrictions and Dublin Zoo’s standard visitor and admission conditions.

Each eligible order reference may be used to redeem one complimentary visit only. Once redeemed, the order reference cannot be used to book another complimentary visit. All standard day entry terms and conditions apply once the booking is completed.

Dublin Zoo reserves the right to request reasonable proof of the qualifying Wild Lights booking when the complimentary visit is booked or redeemed.

7. No cash alternative

The complimentary Dublin Zoo visit pass has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, alternative tickets, products or services.

No refund, credit or alternative benefit will be provided where fewer than 2 adults and 2 children use the pass.

8. Non-refundable and non-transferable

The complimentary visit pass is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, resold, transferred to another person or offered for sale.

Any complimentary pass that Dublin Zoo reasonably believes has been resold, transferred or otherwise used in breach of these terms and conditions may be cancelled without compensation or notice.

9. Cancelled, refunded or invalid qualifying orders

The complimentary Dublin Zoo visit pass is conditional on the associated qualifying Wild Lights order remaining valid.

If the qualifying Wild Lights order is cancelled, refunded, reversed, subject to a payment chargeback or otherwise invalidated, any associated complimentary Dublin Zoo visit pass will also be void and can no longer be redeemed.

Where the complimentary pass has already been redeemed before the associated Wild Lights order is cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise invalidated, Dublin Zoo reserves the right to take reasonable action in accordance with its applicable booking terms and conditions.

10. Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer

The Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer is separate and distinct from the Wild Lights Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer.

The Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer is available only to eligible Dublin Zoo Annual Pass Holders and is subject to its own eligibility requirements, benefits, booking process and terms and conditions.

Benefits available under the General Early Bird Offer and the Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer cannot be combined, stacked or claimed in respect of the same Wild Lights booking.

Where a customer is eligible for the Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer and chooses to book under that offer, the separate Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer terms and conditions will apply.

11. Other excluded bookings and promotions

The General Early Bird Offer does not apply to group or corporate bookings.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount, including the Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer, unless expressly stated otherwise by Dublin Zoo.

The ticket booked under the offer cannot be used in conjunction with the Annual Pass Conversion Offer.

Only Wild Lights ticket types specifically eligible for the General Early Bird Offer will qualify for the complimentary visit.

12. Wild Lights ticket conditions

Wild Lights tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable in accordance with the applicable Wild Lights booking terms and conditions.

The complimentary Dublin Zoo visit does not alter or replace the terms and conditions applicable to the original Wild Lights booking.

13. Standard Dublin Zoo conditions

Use of the complimentary Dublin Zoo visit pass is subject to Dublin Zoo’s applicable admission terms and visitor conditions.

Normal age, supervision, safety and admission requirements apply to all visitors using the complimentary pass.

14. Availability and operational changes

Admission using the complimentary pass is subject to availability, capacity and Dublin Zoo’s opening dates and times.

Dublin Zoo may make reasonable changes to available dates, opening hours or admission arrangements where necessary due to operational, safety or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The availability of a complimentary pass does not guarantee admission on a particular date or at a particular time.

15. Duplicate orders and misuse of the offer

Dublin Zoo reserves the right to review orders where it reasonably suspects duplicate bookings, multiple orders relating to the same household, use of the same email address or payment method across multiple qualifying orders, deliberate splitting of orders, or any other attempt to obtain more than one complimentary visit for a household under the General Early Bird Offer.

Where such activity is identified or reasonably suspected, any subsequent or additional complimentary passes may be voided by Dublin Zoo without compensation or notice.

The original qualifying complimentary pass may remain valid, provided that the associated Wild Lights order and use of the offer otherwise comply with these terms and conditions.

Dublin Zoo also reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel a complimentary pass where it reasonably believes that an order, claim or redemption is fraudulent, duplicated, resold, transferred or otherwise made in breach of these terms and conditions.

16. Lost, shared or compromised voucher codes

Eligible customers are responsible for keeping their voucher code secure.

Dublin Zoo cannot guarantee replacement of a voucher code that has already been redeemed or has been used by another person as a result of the code being shared, published or otherwise disclosed by the recipient.

Dublin Zoo reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, invalidate voucher codes that it reasonably believes have been compromised or misused.

17. Promoter

The promoter of the Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer is Dublin Zoo.

These terms and conditions apply to the Wild Lights Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer, available to eligible Dublin Zoo Annual Pass Holders who place a qualifying Wild Lights order during the Offer Period.

Wild Lights Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer

The Wild Lights Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer is separate from the Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer and is subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions set out below.

1. Offer period

The Wild Lights Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer is available on qualifying Wild Lights orders placed from 28th September 2026 to 12th October 2026 inclusive (“Offer Period”).

Orders must be successfully completed and payment received during the Offer Period to qualify.

2. Eligibility

The offer is available to eligible Dublin Zoo Annual Pass Holders who place a qualifying Wild Lights order during the Offer Period.

Dublin Zoo may require Annual Pass Holder details or other reasonable information to verify eligibility for the offer.

The Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer is separate from the Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer. The benefits of both offers cannot be claimed in respect of the same Wild Lights booking.

3. What is included

Eligible Annual Pass Holders who place a qualifying Wild Lights order during the Offer Period will receive one voucher providing 20% off the renewal of a Dublin Zoo Family Annual Pass or Dublin Zoo Individual Annual Pass.

The 20% discount applies to one Annual Pass renewal transaction only and is subject to these terms and conditions.

4. Voucher code

Eligible customers will be provided with a voucher code to redeem their 20% Annual Pass renewal discount.

Your Wild Lights order reference number will act as your voucher code. Your voucher code will become active and valid for use up to 72 hours after your Wild Lights order is placed.

In order to obtain the discount, the voucher code must be entered at checkout when renewing the Dublin Zoo Annual Pass online through the official Dublin Zoo website.

The discount cannot be applied retrospectively to an Annual Pass renewal that has already been completed.

Each voucher code may be redeemed once only. Once successfully redeemed, the voucher code will become invalid and cannot be used again.

5. Voucher validity

The voucher code will be valid for 12 months from the date on which it is issued.

This allows eligible Annual Pass Holders who have recently purchased or renewed their Annual Pass to retain the benefit and use the 20% discount towards their next Annual Pass renewal within the following 12 months.

The voucher code must be redeemed before its stated expiry date. Unused voucher codes will expire after 12 months and cannot be extended, reissued or carried forward.

6. Discount

The voucher provides 20% off the applicable renewal price of an Individual or Family Dublin Zoo Annual Pass at the time the voucher is redeemed.

The voucher may be used against one Annual Pass renewal transaction only.

The discount has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, tickets, products, services or any other benefit.

7. One voucher per qualifying order, subject to a maximum of one per household

The Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer provides one 20% Annual Pass renewal voucher per qualifying order, subject to a maximum of one voucher per household during the Offer Period, regardless of the number of qualifying Wild Lights orders placed by or in respect of that household.

Wild Lights orders must not be split, duplicated or otherwise structured for the purpose of obtaining additional voucher codes.

For the purposes of administering the offer, Dublin Zoo may identify duplicate or related orders using information associated with the booking or Annual Pass account, including Annual Pass Holder details, customer details, household details, email address and payment method.

Where Dublin Zoo reasonably suspects that multiple qualifying orders relate to the same household, email address or payment method, or that orders have been split, duplicated or otherwise structured to obtain more than one voucher for a household, Dublin Zoo reserves the right to void any subsequent or additional voucher codes issued in connection with those orders.

8. Voucher use

The voucher code may only be used towards the renewal of a Dublin Zoo Annual Pass and is valid against an Individual or Family Annual Pass.

The voucher cannot be used to purchase Wild Lights tickets, general Dublin Zoo admission, gift vouchers, products or other services.

The voucher cannot be combined with any other Annual Pass renewal discount, promotional code or offer unless expressly stated otherwise by Dublin Zoo.

The voucher cannot be used to purchase an Annual Pass Gift Voucher.

The voucher cannot be used to purchase a new Dublin Zoo Annual Pass where the person has never before held a Dublin Zoo Annual Pass. The voucher can be used for Annual Pass renewals only.

9. Non-transferable and resale prohibited

The voucher code is issued for the benefit of the eligible Annual Pass Holder or household and cannot be sold, resold, transferred or exchanged for value.

Voucher codes must not be published, distributed or made available for use by persons who are not eligible for the offer.

Dublin Zoo reserves the right to invalidate a voucher code that it reasonably believes has been sold, duplicated, transferred, shared for unauthorised use or otherwise obtained or used in breach of these terms and conditions.

10. Cancelled, refunded or invalid qualifying orders

The 20% Annual Pass renewal voucher is conditional on the associated qualifying Wild Lights order remaining valid.

If the qualifying Wild Lights order is cancelled, refunded, reversed, subject to a payment chargeback or otherwise invalidated, any associated Annual Pass renewal voucher code will also become void and may no longer be redeemed.

If a voucher has already been redeemed before the associated Wild Lights order is cancelled, refunded, reversed or otherwise invalidated, Dublin Zoo reserves the right to take reasonable action in accordance with its applicable booking and Annual Pass terms and conditions.

11. General Early Bird Offer

The Wild Lights Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer is separate and distinct from the Wild Lights General Early Bird Offer.

Benefits available under the Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer and the General Early Bird Offer cannot be combined, stacked or claimed in respect of the same qualifying Wild Lights booking.

Customers booking under the Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer will receive the benefit described in these terms and conditions and will not also receive the complimentary Dublin Zoo visit available under the General Early Bird Offer in respect of the same booking.

12. Excluded bookings and other promotions

The Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer does not apply to group or corporate bookings.

The offer cannot be used in conjunction with another offer, promotion or discount unless expressly stated otherwise by Dublin Zoo.

Only Wild Lights ticket types specifically eligible for the Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer will qualify.

13. Wild Lights and Annual Pass conditions

Wild Lights tickets remain subject to the applicable Wild Lights booking terms and conditions.

Any Annual Pass renewed using the 20% discount voucher will be subject to Dublin Zoo’s applicable Annual Pass terms and conditions.

The Annual Pass Holder Early Bird Offer does not alter or replace the terms and conditions applicable to either the qualifying Wild Lights booking or the renewed Annual Pass.

14. Duplicate orders and misuse of the offer

Dublin Zoo reserves the right to review orders and voucher codes where it reasonably suspects duplicate bookings, multiple orders relating to the same Annual Pass Holder or household, use of the same email address or payment method across multiple qualifying orders, deliberate splitting of orders, or any other attempt to obtain more than one renewal voucher for a household under the promotion.

Where such activity is identified or reasonably suspected, any subsequent or additional voucher codes may be voided by Dublin Zoo without compensation.

The original qualifying voucher may remain valid, provided that the associated Wild Lights order and use of the offer otherwise comply with these terms and conditions.

Dublin Zoo also reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel a voucher code where it reasonably believes that an order, voucher or redemption is fraudulent, duplicated, resold, transferred or otherwise made in breach of these terms and conditions.
