Before sending your device, you should:

Before you ship your phone, please read the email that will be sent to you after you create your trade in offer above on how to prepare your phone for trade in.
Buyaphone.ie ask that you factory reset your phone and that you turn off and remove your iCloud/Google account from your phone.
Failure to do so will cause delays in your phone being inspected and paid.
When you are preparing to pack your phone to send to please make sure that you use a small box slightly bigger than your phone and wrap it in bubble wrap so that it cannot move around inside the box.
Then we suggest putting this box into a padded envelope to make sure no damage is caused to the phone while being shipped.
