Animal Bricktacular at Dublin Zoo
The countdown is ON!

A brand-new summer adventure is arriving at Dublin Zoo from 13 June for a limited time only. Animal Bricktacular transforms the Zoo into a brick-built safari, featuring over 40 incredible life-sized animal sculptures made from 3.5 million colourful bricks – all included with standard admission.

From towering giraffes and mighty elephants to roaring lions and playful apes, explore the bricktastic trail and see how many real-life animals you can match along the way.

Expect interactive moments, fun wildlife facts and plenty of unforgettable family photo opportunities as you discover the Zoo in a whole new way. Plus, keep an eye out for special brick workshops on selected weekends throughout the summer (details to follow).

To celebrate, we’ve unveiled a spectacular bespoke brick arch installation by Limerick artist Gary Kirwan, built using an incredible 180,678 bricks and featuring some of Dublin Zoo’s most beloved animals. Pop into Dublin Zoo for a sneak peek of what’s to come – and see if you can spot and count all the animals hidden in the arch!
