On Friday 29th May, join us for an adults only evening of painting, prosecco and party animals as we celebrate the zoo’s biggest birthday month of the year. With over 23 animal birthdays taking place this June, four iconic species are stealing the spotlight- our red pandas, rhinos, sea lions, and lions, all with multiple birthdays to celebrate. 

Enjoy exclusive after-hours access to the zoo and experience the animals in a whole new light. Your evening includes a guided tour, where our expert keepers will share insights into the animals, with plenty of opportunities for questions along the way. 

Then it’s time to sip, paint, and unwind with a step-by-step painting session led by a local artist, where you’ll create your own masterpiece inspired by one of our June birthday animals. No experience needed, just bring your creativity!
