Sulawesi crested macaques
In 2010, Dublin provided funding for a researcher to do a pilot census on Bacan island near Sulawesi in Indonesia. In 1998 it was recorded that there was a stronghold of Sulawesi-crested macaques there. A new visit will find out if there is a need to investigate the population further.
